In-house Fabrication
Our 3,000m2 onsite fabrication and testing facility affords us complete control over the fabrication process, ensuring quality, timeliness of delivery and appropriate testing and certification. Our fabrication operations specialise in the manufacture of pressure piping, pressure vessels, process tanks and structural steel work.
Our dedicated hydro test bay is equipped to perform testing of up to 10,000PSIG using NATA calibrated and certified equipment. The facility is also capable of performing non-destructive testing, with provisions for clients to conduct inspections on works in progress.
Our multi-disciplinary fabrication team has experience with fabrication and assembly to industry specific codes and quality standards.
Electrical Instrumentation
CS Gas is a QLD licensed electrical contractor with the ability to provide comprehensive turnkey electrical, instrumentation and automation solutions.
Our team is comprised of hazardous area electricians, switch board builders, instrumentation technicians and engineers with the combined industry skills, innovation and practical experience to effectively deliver your project.
Our team delivers completed packages built, tested and ready to operate all from the one workshop, maximising efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality assurance.
Comprehensive Field Services
We offer a full range of field services, including construction, installation, refurbishment, as well as operation and maintenance of plant and equipment. Our in-house expertise focuses on operational optimisation, cost reduction strategy development, and technical design throughout the lifecycle of your assets.
Our technical teams are equipped to manage onsite activities using our in-house SCADA software – a scalable asset monitoring solution designed specifically for seamless transitions to SCADA and automation controls.
